ADP LOST my COBRA check. I don't know how you manage to lose such a large check, but their response was, well sucks to be, your coverage is denied and cannot ever be reinstated. They finally admitted that they have a month's worth of COBRA checks that haven't been cashed!!! So they are just screwing people out of insurance. They have no solution. They keep promising to call me back and update me, which they don't. They also don't return my emails.

My company uses ADP for retirement accounts and pay cycles. Well I decided a few month ago to open a retirement account. Now my company does not match nor does it contribute anything into my account. All the money in that account I put in there. Well times fell hard because I am 100% commission. I looked to get that money out to pay my mortgage since the amount will cover how much I need to pay. An ADP manager – Amanda, made two call attempts to ******. Messages were left, but Amanda did not speak with her. Amanda was able to confirm that ****** contacted ADP on 11/29 following Amanda’s initial attempt to reach ****** and was informed that the IRS required documentation for a hardship withdrawal, which she later provided. ADP received this documentation on 12/05 and it was processed the next evening. ADP is following the proper procedures as defined by regulatory guidelines for 401k plans.

I have received another missed quarterly tax return and beyond irritated! I sent in my second notice for Q2 missing Income Tax return and no response from ADP. The last time they missed Q1, the only way to get a response from ADP was to write a negative review. Hoping that I can at least get someone at ADP to fix my Q2 missing income tax return. The customer service is beyond poor!

Upon receipt of this complaint, ADP reached out to Ms. ***** directly to address the issues raised in the complaint. At this time ADP has submitted a special filing, at no charge, to satisfy the 2nd quarter 2018 income tax notice that was received. ADP has satisfied the requested settlement. I had been following up with ADP for my FICA Refund since last 4 months now. I am the Employee of the ADP Client, and my employer had processed all the approvals required from his end. Still, I haven't received my refund yet. Every time I call the Customer Service, i am given a false hope that my refund will be processed by next pay cycle. The entire process has been so much time consuming and I am extremely disappointed from ADP.

As a follow up to your concern, we researched this matter and determined that the check in question had indeed been sent out on 7/16, but prior to a subsequent address change being done on 7/25. We had business with both ADP RUN and ADP Totalsource. Both have been disappointing, but Totalsource was a nightmare. Everything was sunshine and rainbows when we signed up for their service, but the moment our company ran into hard times they dropped us like a rock. i do not exaggerate when I say that their communication and help with our off-boarding process disappeared after they were "done" with us. ADP Total Source is not a good partner. There is a lack of transparency in pricing versus other PEOs who will provide transparency in pricing so you can make an informed decision about whether or not to choose the company or keep the work in house. In addition ADP TotalSource ties your hands in it areas such as PTO tracking - telling if you don't comply with their policies then their reporting will work for you, or if you don't use their employee handbook standards they say that their E&O insurance won't apply. This company's billing practices are almost fraudulent. They have the system set so that you have to unarchive an employee to see any info, then in turn they bill you for the employee as if they were on your current payroll. They consistently charge us also for additional states for $8.95 and I have to short pay them every week. I wonder how many businesses they are scalping these extra fees from that are not valid.

ADP did not issue my husband a W-2 the year. They claimed he was erased from their system. This seems strange since they are still issuing his pay check. Also a few years ago they "lost" an entire payroll for my company, almost a half million dollars. This company sucks. Dishonest as they come.

I have had nothing but problems with ADP. First I resigned from my job and they then proceeded to deduct Medical coverage for a time period that they themselves advised me I would not be covered for any longer. It then took a week for them to reimburse me my money. Now my problem is they did not include the monies that I earned through NJ Disability on my W-2 form. I have been trying to get it rectified, but to no avail. I cannot understand how a PAYROLL company does not know how to produce a proper W-2 form for an employee.... read more
