All the money was just stolen from my card one charge from California then another from New York within minutes all while I was at home not using the card soon as I got the notification I called ADP Wisely they said there’s nothing they can do because it’s pending after reading these reviews I have a feeling my money will never be replaced this card has no security please never use this card unless you want to get robbed

I have used ADP card through several employers with no issues....until now. Adp sent out a replacement card on my account to someone without verifying even my address and I only found out when I was alerted of the new card charge to my account. I immediately called and she cancelled all cards and sent me out a new one. The new one should have been sent express with no charge to me as I did not create this mess. Absolute worst and most expensive experience working with this company for only 3 days and cancelled immediately and they kept $1200 and paid them to the IRS without authorization. I had to pay my bookkeeper over $1000 to fix what they messed up and they still want to charge me $250 for a botched payroll job. Also my employees almost did not get paid on time due to their errors. I ended up going with Gusto and I’m hoping they don’t create as much headache and stress as ADP. Wisely pay ADP direct deposit services are NOT satisfactory by any means. "NEARLY 100% OF CUSTOMERS RECEIVE PAYROLL DEPOSIT BY 9AM ON PAYDAY" this statement is false advertisement and should not be allowed as a selling point. One star is a high rating. My card was hacked and even jumping through all the hoops I get no answers about my claim. Horrible customer service, no help for those whose information was compromised by a hack to their security system. It's been a month and a half and still my claim is pending. I have been using ADP since I started working when I was 18. Every company I've worked for has used it, and I have never had issues until recently (I'm 23 now). My account suddenly stopped showing my pay stub information, only my W2's, while in the middle of employment at a company where I had no issues before. I contacted my HR rep to report this, and it was sent to an agent to fix the issue. Turns out my "account was not set up correctly" and I had to re-register. ADP has 5 customer service phone numbers. Each phone number leads to a customer support team in San Paulo, Brazil, Columbia, Ecuador and Chile. Trying to get customers service to do anything takes an act of Congress. Been trying to dispute a charge on my card for over a month now and cannot get these people to get me the forms to fill out. Of course it isn't their money so why do they care. As soon as I get this resolved I am dumping this card company. Absolutely no sense in anyone going through the stress of ignorance. ADP is a very unprofessional company, so much in fact that it makes me sick. Their customer service is a joke, and the employees seem to not be very knowledgeable or speak English very well. ADP garnished me past the 60-day window they were legally allowed to, and when I called the lady was very rude and said "YOU ARE STILL BEING GARNISHED SIR!"
