I had my tax refund direct deposited to my adp card. The ADP website stated all I needed to do was provide the irs with my account and routing numbers. I did that. I received a text message from my card stating my refund would be available on my card yesterday. That didn't happen so I called the company and was told I needed to upload a picture of my social security card and photo id. I did that and still do not have my money. I am stuck in another state with no way to get home because they are illegally holding my money.

I live paycheck to paycheck. Haven't had any problems with ADP until today when I waited for my direct deposit all night so I could withdraw it and pay my rent this morning. I call customer service and they tell me I have to submit documents proving I am who my employer says I am. This is fine and all but why not let me know even a day before I get paid? We switched to this payroll company last summer, I'm not sure why. We're supposed to have our W2's by Jan 31, as per the law, and we have yet to see our W2's from this company. We've been trying to get them for the last month, and nobody has given us any information. We have no idea where they're at or what's taking so long, nobody will answer our questions, and they can't give us any sort of timeline as to when we'll get the W2's. Worst Payroll Company in the Whole Wide World. PLEASE do not sign up to use ADP,LLC. They will screw you left and right. They will take money out of your account without even explaining the withdraws. They sent over $3,500 to the IRS incorrectly, and then when I asked for it back, they told me I would have to get it from the IRS myself. Every time you call them you will get a different person. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I have a small, stonemasonry company and I went through ADP in order to get Workers Compensation Insurance. Most importantly, I needed retroactive coverage, and I stated as much when I signed on with them. Through the process of signing up with ADP and NYSIF, I was told, time and again, that the coverage was retroactive. ADP messed up our employee w2 forms. Then they delay the fix for our w2's for 2 more weeks pending a "possible" fix. I've used, by force only, ADP a few times and every time has been the same. If I could sue them over their incompetence I would. I'll just settle for this and filing a complaint with the IRS.

After leaving my old job and relocating, I needed to go through ADP to change the address on file for my W-2's. When I originally called, they asked for the address on file, mind you I moved twice while working with the company that used them & after giving them the needed address, I was told that further confirmation was needed to identify me. I worked for a company that processed payroll through ADP. When it came time for tax season not only did I receive my W-2 on the VERY last date allowable for mailing the W-2 forms out to clients but upon inspection when they processed my tax information they entered the INCORRECT SSN.
