This is without doubt, the worst product/service that I have ever tried to use. Long, frustrating, and costly delays in downloading and providing identification documents. Useless, India located, “customer service”. No resolution until legal action threatened. Random declines when account has sufficient balance, card not chip enabled. Can deposit only cash, for a fee (see below), and can only deposit checks by using yet another third party service, and who knows how long it would take to credit to your account. ADP handled my payroll through 2017. I was audited by the IRS in November of last year, as my 941 was filed incorrectly, and monies were due to the IRS. ADP took the money from my business checking account, yet didn't deposit it with the IRS. ( a mistake I hope ). I paid the IRS their money due, and have tried, unsucessfully, to get the money from ADP. I did show them that they did take it from my business checking account, but no one from ADP wishes to answer my complaint.
I was told by a customer service rep when I travel to New Jersey from Virginia they needed to add travel restrictions. They did that for New Jersey took a few seconds then they told me they would do it for Puerto Rico as I was traveling there that day. They told me they added that travel restriction notice as well. It states on the the app that travel restrictions are effective immediately to which I have a screenshot. I write in Puerto Rico only to find I was unable to use my card. I have my 401K account with them and I am trying to open a Self-direct brokerage account with them. I already called them 6-7 times without any progress. Since last 3 times, they are saying that they are having some technical glitch in linking two accounts and they do not know when it will be fixed. When you call, it takes a long time to reach a self-direct brokerage account agent (30-35 mins) and after calling them so many times they do not have any solution to a fixed technical glitch. For a nation-wide company that deals with consumers payroll and direct deposits, ADP and *****do business with negligence and do not understand the severity of fraud and the impact that it has on the livelihood of it customers. Verbatim from a representative- " it will be up to 10 days for us to even consider or approve the dispute, until then please wait." These people have stolen my money $352.65. They can't tell me where it is. I called to dispute a transaction on my ADP card & without my permission they locked my paycard & was supposed to send me another one in the mail which I never recieved. The company that I work for issues me another card, but in disputing the transaction on my card I was told by an ADP rep. They are the worst payroll company! I do not get paid in real time but they say that since a check was given to me on 1/3/20 (it was for 12/16/19 to 12/29/19) that there are now 27 weeks in 2020 and my pay has been adjusted down due to this. You learn in 2nd grade there are 52 weeks in a year making bi-weekly pay checks being received 26 weeks per year. I'm sure this benefits ADP someway. 1 star is too many. In September SEVERAL unauthorized transactions were processed on my ADP paycard and I called to dispute them immediately. I was prompted to fill out paperwork that could only be sent through the MAIL which took over an entire MONTH. When I called for the status of these documents, customer service representatives hung up the phone on me on multiple occasions. For the past two months since starting my new job I have been trying to select my benefits with ADP in an effort to select the health insurance family plan to cover my spouse and dependent without success. In total I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with representatives from ADP, opened two cases, spoken with senior representatives, and the online portal still reflects the wrong insurance selection. I am incredibly frustrated and worried that my family will not be covered.
