Such bad service over the phone! If you’re having high call volume the recording says to calm back and hangs up on you! I can NEVER get an answer regarding my account EVERY SINGLE TIME I call. All over a married last name change! You make it IMPOSSIBLE to have a name updated on your account if you’re not a primary account holder. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard of. I open an Account in November 1st, 2018. I got a "purchase" at Singapure WHICH I HAVENT DID IT, and I call them. They "did an investigation", which they told me that they will send copy and didnt make it. They didnt refound that money. I call them many times and they said that they will send me a mail from that investigation and it was false! No refund of my stolen money!!!
