Literally the absolute worse bank. My dog can take care of me better and it’s pathetic! Switching banks tomorrow morning. Bulls*** excuse for a bank!!!!!

Such bad service over the phone! If you’re having high call volume the recording says to calm back and hangs up on you! I can NEVER get an answer regarding my account EVERY SINGLE TIME I call. All over a married last name change! You make it IMPOSSIBLE to have a name updated on your account if you’re not a primary account holder. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard of. I have come in to the branch with license and marriage certificate to change MY name and it couldn’t be done because of other people on the account. How... read more

I open an Account in November 1st, 2018. I got a "purchase" at Singapure WHICH I HAVENT DID IT, and I call them. They "did an investigation", which they told me that they will send copy and didnt make it. They didnt refound that money. I call them many times and they said that they will send me a mail from that investigation and it was false! No refund of my stolen money!!!

Customer service is THE WORST!. No one is willing to help or you need to speak to someone who is never there. I've actually been told- "there is no one else you can speak to this is the final answer" They have no courtesy anything. They are willing to lose your business rather than refund you a fee that by the way was their fault. Do not use this bank! They help noone but themselves to YOUR money.

Worst customer services, i had the worst customer services, i wasnt acknowledge when i walk in, there was nobody at the lobby plus and i still have to wait 15 mint to talk to the manager which was very rude and very unprofessional, i will never step on 3335 13th St, St Cloud, FL 34769 branch until "Blanca" branch manager get a better trainning of how to provide a good customer services , just because i speak another language she didnt want to help me.....i called 1800 number and they provide an amazing customer service in le... read more

purchased a vehicle and unfortunately got financed through CFE. I have been trying to request a change of due date for the last three weeks. first told to go to a branch and sign a document, went to branch and was told I did not need to do that and banker told me would call me back. of course no call. sent message over a week later and told to go to branch. went to different branch signed document and told yet again she would call. yet again no call. just called and was told my letter was not entered into system and nothing ... read more

The branch at mills/50, are the absolute worst. Do not bank here unless you want to be treated disrespectful and not as a human. We were trying to solve an issue with our bank account and the employee was immature and did not act professional. When we were done talking, she ran into the assistant managers office to defend herself before we could speak to her and the assistant manager took the employee side. I will make sure none of my friends or family bank at CFE.
