Love this bank. Been with them for over Twenty years. Never had problems with them.
I have been calling for 3 days to have a hold removed off my debit card. First I was told it was a 24hr hold. Even after I explained the hold was due to me using an app online. This triggered them to think it was a weird card action. No one called to see if it was me or if someone stole my card. I had to call after my card declined. I waited 24hrs and was attempting to buy grocery s. It declined again. Called member services and was put on hold then hung up on. They said they didn't see a hold. Day 3. Worst bank. Do not bank here! Customer service is awful
This has got to be the worst bank I’ve ever belonged to. Their customer service is RUDE and have no manners what so ever. Even when there is no proof at all on your account of an overdraft, they charge you, make up some bs excuse of why their fee is valid, and then give you an ultimatum! These people are horrible and I plan to take my business elsewhere as soon as possible. People at this bank need to be fired, they are horrible.
