I won't put her entire name but Cheryl O. At the Mills Branch location has to be the most racist individuals I have ever met. She treated me like I was some broke hood rat. I'm sure I have more in my account that most people. Do not use this credit union. Dont!!!!

Horrible!! I reported my Bf debit card 2 weeks ago and everything was fine they told me the report was mad and they will send us a new card within 5 to 10 business days! today after 2 weeks I call back because our bills are behind because they haven't sent us our card and they told me i cant do anything about it because it was you, not the card owner who report it. I felt like a fool!! they told me everything was fine and we were waiting for a card that they never sent!! worst bank ever!!!

I have been calling for 3 days to have a hold removed off my debit card. First I was told it was a 24hr hold. Even after I explained the hold was due to me using an app online. This triggered them to think it was a weird card action. No one called to see if it was me or if someone stole my card. I had to call after my card declined.
