Been a member for 8 years they were so difficult about a home refinance and kept changing requirements then closed the application early when I asked extend due to hurricane no power for 9 days and worse there impossible demands
All of my in person interactions with representatives have been wonderful. However, the online banking (where I do most of my banking) is abysmal. It is extremely easy to mix up the 'transfer from' and 'transfer to' fields on the app, especially as they are not visible at the same time on most smartphones. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!! I cant say it enough! This bank that is suppose to keep your money safe did nothing to prevent my elderly mother get robbed from all her savings from their Maitland branch! I have been to the bank on two separate occasion and have sat down with the less than helpful branch manager that just sits there and stares. After taking almost a month to get a simple personal loan and mostly because of the incompetence of their employees ,I can say that after I pay this loan i will never bank with CFE again. I even emailed a long letter to CFE's service reps and nothing was resolved. I've learned my lesson and will not be a repeat customer. Terrible customer service.
