Horrible customer service at the Mills location. No one even smiles.
The new website looks like it was designed by a third grader it is almost unusable
Been with this Credit Union for for 45 plus years. Completely satisfied with their service.
wow ... reading the reviews it seems myself and family are not the only ones CFE has screwed over. we banked with them for 20+ years but no difference - call center ppl tell you wrong, branch ppl can't or won't help, managers don't care - this bank was THE BEST before, but probs started when they started getting bigger. and yeah, what the hell with the fees??? no notice, just one day you log in to check your account and wham!
Very frustrating when you speak over the phone to Customer Service numerous times and they tell you to go to your Branch to get the Help, and you go and Not only does the person not help you, but is literally laughing.. I am sorry but Customer Service when you have a problem is like a joke.
Poor customer service, they charge you all these hidden fees. You pay a bill thinking that the amount you have in there is accurate, but no CFE Federal Credit Union charges you a fee, so now there is a overdraft!!! Did they refund the overdraft!!! No!!! Even cooperate couldnt assist me!!! This place is ridiculous!!!! Switching banks today!!!! Where did all the hidden fees come from? I signed up for a free checking account, but I guess it wasnt free!!!!
Should be a zero! The atm sucked my card back in because it wasn't removed fast enough. I was told they had no acess to the atm and the card would be shredded. I have had my card taken out of the atm before so I know this is a lie. Its 2 days before Christmas, that card had my whole paycheck loaded onto it. Thanks for ruining my families Christmas! I will be closing both my accounts on Tuesday and taking my business to a bank that cares if they ruin a families holiday.
