Cfe is the best. I've been with them for years. I haven't had any major issues.
Best place I ever banked...I use Apopka and Leesburg branches. Always friendly and professional.
I've been a customer of the Winter Garden Branch since 1992. There is no nicer team or quicker drive thru I've experienced.
CFE finance my car but won't give me a debit card I shouldn't have to go to the branch every time I need cash I can't shop online I'm a prisoner to the branches
Why when my debit card was closed by the bank not me was I told on 3 occasions I had to wait 7 to 10 business days but when I went to my branch to get money I was told they could do it THERE? I am STILL waiting for my card
Beyond disappointed. We were with Seminole Schools FCU since 1982 without a problem. Now, nothing but ...and rude management at the Sanford 25th Street Branch. I also do not like your $7.50 monthly fee just because I cannot currently afford to leave $250. dollars in my account due to helping daughter with her rent. Not very Senior friendly, and if you did not want the account holders from Seminole Schools FCU you should have picked another Credit Union to take over. All i can say is watch your money. If a mistake is made they will not even make a phone call to fix the problem just try to run you the customer around. It took an entire week for them to replace my money when they made the mistake.

You're simply the best! Why? How? Responding to whichever method of communication I decide to used. Always going above and beyond the call of duty when handling an issue or situation. Professional service either at the branch or phone conversation. I have been a member for more than 25 years and I am very pleased with My CFE!
