I have had several loans with CFE and we have shopped around! No one can beat the closing costs, friendliness, and the interest rates. Overall CFE gets my business! Mom of Eight!
So I'm charged $32 to cover $4.79 when I had the apparently "untouchable" $5 that I'm required to keep in my savings! Guess it's not my $5 like I thought. The funny thing is I have withdrawn that magical $5 before and had completely $0 in my account. I also get penalized $7.50 for being too poor to keep $250 a month in my account, this would have easily covered the $4.79 that I was short in my checking account! I will be opening up an account with McCoy Federal where there is no minimum balance requirement!
It appears no one here has any clue what they are doing.
I've been banking here for 3 years my first bank account was here and I've had nothing but good if not excellent customer service. The reps at the saint cloud location were very helpful and patient helping me set up an account. Thank you for helping a confused kid understand make his first step towards the confusing process of becoming a responsible adult.
Ugh! Called ahead to let them know that we'd be traveling to Canada...find out the card isn't working after we cross the border and have to wait 2 days while on vacation to call because they are closed until Monday.
I have been going to the St. Cloud branch for 15 years I always have a pleasant cashier and they are very nice. Went to Kissimmee branch not friendly at all.will stick with St. Cloud.
