Just like the big banks, Hidden fees and Horrible customer service, been banking with them for years and going to close my account asap.
Very quick to tell you if they see any unusual charges and a very dedicated team of customer service members. They have an answer for everything you need! Definitely love this bank.
I am my mother's caregiver ,I have dualable poa over her finances all was done by a elder law lawyer & they denied my poa , our lawyer went up & beyond what the Florida law requires , my mom has been a member of this bank for 30 yrs , our lawyer requested that we find a new bank and that is exactly what we are doing

Great Bank. The only thing that I don't like is the fee for not having a minimal balance. It not a problem for me but for my adult so who lives check to check it has charged him a couple of times. I think you should keep your accounts free. He is thinking of changing banks because of this new fee.
I love banking with CFE and I've never had a terrible experience. Any problem I've had in the past was always quickly resolved but with that being said I have to HUGE technical request to make. First is text alerts; there is no text service that notifies you when your balance is low, you've over-drafted, or check was cleared, ect. Second is the mobil check deposit; it defeats the purpose of taking a picture of my check and depositing online if it will take three (3) days to clear.
