This has got to be the worst bank I’ve ever belonged to. Their customer service is RUDE and have no manners what so ever. Even when there is no proof at all on your account of an overdraft, they charge you, make up some bs excuse of why their fee is valid, and then give you an ultimatum! These people are horrible and I plan to take my business elsewhere as soon as possible. People at this bank need to be fired, they are horrible. Absolutely deplorable!! Obviously from the other reviews this company does not care about customer care. Will be pulling all money out of accounts and put into USAA or Suncoast credit union.
