I have been banking with Additions (formerly CFE) for almost 10 years. Up till the recent switch I have had zero problems. Recently visited the mills branch on a Saturday to discuss some fees that had been charged to my account in error. While I was there, they could see the charges and not tell me why they were happening. I was told I would be contacted by the manager to help return these fees on Monday. Since then, I have called three times only to get the same response, “we will have a manager contact you.” But still no c... read more
fees are given and not returned when they find out it's a mistake.

This Credit Union now Additions Financial is constantly doing maintenance to their online App, which would be okay if they did it at 1am and not at 10pm on a Wednesday. Tonight I go to log in to my accounts and I’m redirected to upload the latest App but the Apple store keeps taking me back to the App I already have installed. GET IT TOGETHER CFE/ADDITIONS... there are other credit union options in town and y’all are making it easier to make the switch 🤬

CFE is not the customer friendly credit union they used to be. I am a 35 year member (a really Good Member!) and I'm getting ready to walk. Just because they can't bend just a little to help me with a Living Trust I set up for my Mother who passed away. It is absolutely ridiculous! Thanks for Nothing CFE, way to loss sight on who helped build you from the round up. Unbelievable!
