This was a credit union and is now trying to turn into a bank.
I’ve got to say I was charged fees for Something I didn’t realize that was probably about 40$ and y’all refused to refund them even though it wasn’t something I was told, so I’m closing my account. Very poor customer service

RecommendedProfessional friendly atmosphere. Tellers are knowledgable and service is efficient. Good location and easy to get to it.
Customer Service through the 800 number is the worst. I am out of the country stranded literally without my card . All it takes is an email to a local bank to return my card that was taken by the ATM machine and they refuse to do it. I have been a member since 1997 , have money in my account. I used the wrong pin. Never travel with your Addition Financial bank card . I guess they expect me to pan handle my way through Europe.

She been extremely helpful to us. Very quick to respond all our questions and concerns. I’d definitely recommend Addition Financial to everyone and ask for Vanessa Alzate.
