If I could give Additions zero stars I would. First of all how dare you "capture"/deactivate my card and not call and tell me why. Second, how dare you not leave one note to explain why you "captured"/deactivated it. Third, how dare you not have a 24 hour line capable of helping me. Addition Financial took over my credit union (that I had been a part of since a child) a few months ago. Since the switch, I have had multiple issues with the communication within the company. Notes that were to be put in the system are non-existent (resulting in me having over $100 in fees NOT reimbursed), representatives aren't able to reach other departments to correct issues...just unprofessional. I will be switching banks very soon.
I’ve been a customer here 6 years and since they switched over to addition it’s been nothing but problems I’m moving all of my accounts out from this bank very disappointed
Completely dislike the new name. I have been banking with CFE since 1991 and I am now looking for a new home for my banking needs. I want to be a part of a Florida bank and not one that looks like a medical office.
The new addition financial app is horrible. 90% of the time it times out and I can’t do what I need to do. Go back to CFE!!!
I have been banking with Additions (formerly CFE) for almost 10 years. Up till the recent switch I have had zero problems. Recently visited the mills branch on a Saturday to discuss some fees that had been charged to my account in error. While I was there, they could see the charges and not tell me why they were happening. I was told I would be contacted by the manager to help return these fees on Monday. Since then, I have called three times only to get the same response, “we will have a manager contact you.” But still no c... read more
fees are given and not returned when they find out it's a mistake.

This Credit Union now Additions Financial is constantly doing maintenance to their online App, which would be okay if they did it at 1am and not at 10pm on a Wednesday. Tonight I go to log in to my accounts and I’m redirected to upload the latest App but the Apple store keeps taking me back to the App I already have installed. GET IT TOGETHER CFE/ADDITIONS... there are other credit union options in town and y’all are making it easier to make the switch 🤬
