Ive been with Addition Financial for over a year now and it seems like every other week theres another issue. I’m being sent random new cards, my account is constantly being locked, or it wont let me log in. Called about 6 times already & nobody seems to care enough to fix it. I don’t recommend at all, unless you don’t plan on accessing your own money. Looking at the countless other reviews its clear that I’m not the only one experiencing the same issues.
I contacted Customer Service - they referred me to the Credit Card line - contacted the Credit Card - they referred me to customer service . This went on for over an hour. All because the bank changed names and gave its customers very little information on how it would impact accounts. It is impossible to speak with anyone who can look at a problem and solve it.
I spoke with a call center supervisor a week ago, it went no where; in addition to being disconnected and apparently the representative didn't feel the need to call me back so we could finish the discussion regarding the questions I had with my account's. I then sent an email the same day expressing my dissatisfaction demanding that my local branch manager on Mills contact me, I received a response through the website/ log in that a branch manager would call me back. If I could give Additions zero stars I would. First of all how dare you "capture"/deactivate my card and not call and tell me why. Second, how dare you not leave one note to explain why you "captured"/deactivated it. Third, how dare you not have a 24 hour line capable of helping me. Addition Financial took over my credit union (that I had been a part of since a child) a few months ago. Since the switch, I have had multiple issues with the communication within the company. Notes that were to be put in the system are non-existent (resulting in me having over $100 in fees NOT reimbursed), representatives aren't able to reach other departments to correct issues...just unprofessional. I will be switching banks very soon.
I’ve been a customer here 6 years and since they switched over to addition it’s been nothing but problems I’m moving all of my accounts out from this bank very disappointed
Completely dislike the new name. I have been banking with CFE since 1991 and I am now looking for a new home for my banking needs. I want to be a part of a Florida bank and not one that looks like a medical office.
The new addition financial app is horrible. 90% of the time it times out and I can’t do what I need to do. Go back to CFE!!!
