ever since Addition financial took over CFE the customer service has gone to the pits. Their call center will not let you talk to a branch directly. instead they play phone tag for days. After 25 years with few we are closing our accounts because they make every day things frustrating.
Wow the service I had today was terrible!! I asked a woman on the phone why I had an outstanding balance and she began to tell me that I have already been told a year ago and she is not telling me again. I was being nothing but kind! (I have not used this account for a while and was trying to go back to using it again. Forget it!) Start by responding to and fixing customer issues.
Very disappointed with this credit union. Horrible customer service and a complete waste of time. They offered zero assistance and I still never got an answer to the question I asked repeatedly. Update: Received a instant message regarding my complaint immediately. They addressed and resolved the issue quickly for me.
Seems this company closed the Kissimmee and St.Cloud branches without notice! No respect for the customers. The call center couldn't answer if it was temporary or permanent. Sad disgraceful way to run a business! 🤔
The Worst Credit Union EVER LITERALLY!
i hate the new name. I went to a car dealership to buy a car and when i told them the new name of the credit union everyone laughed.
Sick of these people, I continuously have to get a new card after another, I think I’m on my 100th card for the year since they keep canceling for every little thing, which is very wasteful in my opinion. Most of the people at headquarters and at the local banks have little to know idea of their jobs. They’re so annoying! Don’t bank here!!!!
