I will never finance through this company ever again. I never received a welcome package or anything regarding my account. (Don’t even have anything with my account # on it) I had to figure out how to set up the online account my self. Then when I was accidentally short .16 they threatened to send me to collections because when they first called I didn’t answer and they did not leave a voicemail. Then trying to get a hold of them at the company you’ll be on hold at least 20 mins just to talk to someone.
i have been a member here for years. i run a small business and we get a lot of change. i was told today they no longer take change. i have to use a coin machine and pay 2%. i have to pay the bank 2% to take my money! what kind of BS is this. time for a new bank.

Very disappointed with this bank. I requested to close my accounts a few months ago. I accidentally set up a direct deposit to this closed account but was told by my payroll company that if The accounts are closed then it should bounce back to my active bank. I called additions by phone for information to ensure my accounts were closed and was given misinformation that it was closed when I requested and that the payroll would bounce back. is it a normal practice to hold people's cheques for day, every cheque? is it normal practice to hold cheques and apply overdraft fees whilst holding these cheques hostage? this bank is now operating worse than a for profit bank. customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.
