In fact, he’s filled with a wealth of financial background. During my new account experience he met but also exceeded my expectations for establishing a new account. If more people in this world was like “Dartavious” this world would be a better.
Melissa Harris helped me open my accounts at the Leesburg Branch and she explained all of its features to me. In addition, Melissa briefly went over the other products that the credit union has to offer. I definitely recommended this branch and credit union‼️
I came in to inquire about opening an account. The woman that assisted me, Laura, was extremely helpful, pleasant to speak with, and conversational. Her positive attitude and smile made running errands a lot more enjoyable.
Brenda in collections is the most helpful and gracious person. She initially reached out to me about an issue with my payment and ensured it was taken care of promptly. Her customer service is impeccable and she is always a pleasure to speak to on the phone. Thank you so much! It’s hard to find such helpful people that provide such first class customer service with a passion for their customers.

The service is not good and the new polices have not been disclosed to the members. I will be closing my accounts that I started with CFEFCU in 1985 and finding a new financial institution.
