What an awful bank. We had an emergency need for cash and the ATM took our card and told us to call the bank. When we called the bank they refused to verify our information. I have a whole paycheck siting in my bank account that I can’t touch and an emergency need for cash that can’t be fulfilled and nobody will help. We’ll be looking for a new credit union Monday. This is criminal.
When a loan is approved at a certain interest rate... Do not change the interest rate at signing time. If your staff misinformed a client of Addition interest rates (I told staff it was a used car but was corrected by loan officer it was considered a new car) …Then at Signing I was told original Staff made an error...interest rate is higher because it is a used car not a new car...FUNNY … Stick to original quote when an error is made BY your staff especially if client has excellent credit and has been a customer for over 20 ... read more
