They need to find someone that knows how work a computer. There web is out of this world. You try to transfer money from one account to an other is almost in possible. When you come to the bank for help.they make you feel likes moron the screen they look at. Is not the one we see. And most of the time they can’t not fix it there selfs. Get rid of the company who dreamed up this thing.

I too had an overdraft fee. But according to my transactions it said I had oney left. I called after hours and the woman I spoke with agreed. When Addition called me back they were vfc quoting diffrent balances. I explained I was seeming diffrent numbers. I was told they didnt know why. So frustrating. Feels liked I was robbed!

RecommendedI have had a great experience at both the Alafaya branch (University commons) and the branch at the Addition Financial Arena on the UCF Campus. At the Arena Branch Kevin L. is always so friendly and welcoming to me and my entire family. He knows us by name and is always in a great mood. I love banking at a place that knows me and makes me feel like more than just the next customer.
