Addition Financial blocked my ATM card and access to my accounts because my credit card had a negative balance of -$4.66 due to a charge going through that overdrafted my credit card balance. I received absolutely NO correspondence regarding this mattered and even though I made my payment before I knew about the restriction, I was informed by the call center that I would have to take off from work to go into my local branch to fix this issue because they cannot remove the restriction.
