Addition Financial blocked my ATM card and access to my accounts because my credit card had a negative balance of -$4.66 due to a charge going through that overdrafted my credit card balance. I received absolutely NO correspondence regarding this mattered and even though I made my payment before I knew about the restriction, I was informed by the call center that I would have to take off from work to go into my local branch to fix this issue because they cannot remove the restriction. Terrible! The switch over/rebranding has been issue after issue with no one knowing what’s going on or having effective communication between depts. The customer service is non-existent and couldn’t care less about helping you or providing any decent service.
Getting worse and worse with every interaction. They want to hold my big check for 10 days, but also won’t take rolled coins without a fee because they are worried I’m going to short them a few cents. Makes me think I should take my money elsewhere after almost 20 years
