Terrible! The switch over/rebranding has been issue after issue with no one knowing what’s going on or having effective communication between depts. The customer service is non-existent and couldn’t care less about helping you or providing any decent service.
Getting worse and worse with every interaction. They want to hold my big check for 10 days, but also won’t take rolled coins without a fee because they are worried I’m going to short them a few cents. Makes me think I should take my money elsewhere after almost 20 years

This was a credit union and is now trying to turn into a bank.
I’ve got to say I was charged fees for Something I didn’t realize that was probably about 40$ and y’all refused to refund them even though it wasn’t something I was told, so I’m closing my account. Very poor customer service
