I hate banking here and I can’t wait to switch! CFE was better! Takes days for items pending to show up when with CFE it was almost immediate which means if you’re not watching your account like a hawk then you could easily get hit with overdraft fees. The customer service at the branches have gone way down! Takes days for deposits to show up when with CFE it didn’t take as long. Just all around Addition Financial sucks!

Monitor all deposits -- errors made. I just made a deposit at the branch located in Winter Garden on 9th street. Teller #2252 deposited my CASH into someone else's account. I called number on receipt. Customer service line told me I had to correct by going to the branch. No possible way to contact branch directly according to customer service number. I have to do all of the leg work to fix the error that Addition Financial made. Warning to all -- monitor and watch all deposits and trust NO ONE.
If you are looking to do business with them, just know that their “financial advisors” are looking out for the best interest of the bank and not of YOUR best interest. They are there to make more money for the company and won’t hesitate to give you misleading information to accomplish just that. Ive been with Addition Financial for over a year now and it seems like every other week theres another issue. I’m being sent random new cards, my account is constantly being locked, or it wont let me log in. Called about 6 times already & nobody seems to care enough to fix it. I don’t recommend at all, unless you don’t plan on accessing your own money. Looking at the countless other reviews its clear that I’m not the only one experiencing the same issues.
I contacted Customer Service - they referred me to the Credit Card line - contacted the Credit Card - they referred me to customer service . This went on for over an hour. All because the bank changed names and gave its customers very little information on how it would impact accounts. It is impossible to speak with anyone who can look at a problem and solve it.
I spoke with a call center supervisor a week ago, it went no where; in addition to being disconnected and apparently the representative didn't feel the need to call me back so we could finish the discussion regarding the questions I had with my account's. I then sent an email the same day expressing my dissatisfaction demanding that my local branch manager on Mills contact me, I received a response through the website/ log in that a branch manager would call me back.
