DO NOT USE THIS BANK. 3rd time cancelling my card with absolutely no notice at all. Call center says they sent a replacement and never got it. They just randomly cancel your card. Verified the address, phone number, and email address. NO NOTIFICATION AT ALL. Stuck with no access for 7 to 10 business days or I have to take time off of work and go into the bank to get a new card printed. No way to reactivate the card. HORRIBLE bank...I'm fed up with it.
Loved CFEFCU, but...this new change stinks! My new debit card didn't work at gas pump last week.
Worst bank I've ever dealt with. It's a constant headache to get anything done and now they've cancelled all my cards and sent my new cards to the wrong address. Terrible customer service, 0 stars.
I hate banking here and I can’t wait to switch! CFE was better! Takes days for items pending to show up when with CFE it was almost immediate which means if you’re not watching your account like a hawk then you could easily get hit with overdraft fees. The customer service at the branches have gone way down! Takes days for deposits to show up when with CFE it didn’t take as long. Just all around Addition Financial sucks!

Monitor all deposits -- errors made. I just made a deposit at the branch located in Winter Garden on 9th street. Teller #2252 deposited my CASH into someone else's account. I called number on receipt. Customer service line told me I had to correct by going to the branch. No possible way to contact branch directly according to customer service number. I have to do all of the leg work to fix the error that Addition Financial made. Warning to all -- monitor and watch all deposits and trust NO ONE.
If you are looking to do business with them, just know that their “financial advisors” are looking out for the best interest of the bank and not of YOUR best interest. They are there to make more money for the company and won’t hesitate to give you misleading information to accomplish just that. They are more interested in not having to do as much work than in advocating for their customers. Their customer service is the absolute worst, both in the branch and over the phone.
