My husband has a car loan with CFE and we have to fight with them every month in order for them to take our payment! We pay with my account (because you have to use a check over the phone to avoid fees) but my name is not on the account. My husband has authorized me over and over; yet I still can’t make a payment?! I am turned away over and over... then my husband tried to make the payment and they won’t take t because the checking is my account!! Haha it’s just comical at this point. I made a bad judgment and let someone wire money to my account they claimed it was fraud. Their punishment to me was making my account cash and cash out only. They would except my direct deposit paycheck but nothing else could go out of the account unless it was cash. So now I’m going to have to pay higher car insurance because they won’t allow that direct payment I’m gonna have to pay higher car payment because they won’t allow that direct payment. The service is exceptional. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable and available. Our wait times to speak to someone have always been reasonable. They have always made us feel like valuable customers, which is rare these days. Oliver Manzano, Sheila, Kathryn Michaels and Rochelle Morgan made our experience in choosing a new bank and mortgage provider a painless and positive process. They have apparently forgotten basic guest service. It’s really frustrating to see that someone who has been a long term member with them gets shoved to the side and talked down to like a child.

Had $200 stolen from me due to fraud and this bank told me within 48 hours I would have my money returned . Of course after the 48 hours nothing . I go to the branch they say it will take 10 days to return the funds. Giving me no explanation as to why the fraud department told me 48 hours . It’s now going to be close to 2 weeks and their customer service can’t give me any information! I want my money you guys are thieves! The Orange City, FL location staff lack professionalism and kind service, and the bank sends tons of emails trying to sign me up for 3rd party offers but didn't send one to inform me that they closed my account after adding crazy fees each month that I was unaware of. I was told via phone that they "always" send a letter before closing an account but no one rectified the situation when I told them I didn't get a notice. Glad I kept my BoA primary account.

HORRIBLE customer service in the loan department by Alicia. Rude and very sarcastic. I was given wrong information and instead of apologizing she said “sorry but that wasn’t me”. You work as a team, and you’re the team supervisor lol. Thanks Anetta (director of finance) for NOT CALLING ME BACK. After Alicia said you would. Way to go !!!!
