Customer service is THE WORST!. No one is willing to help or you need to speak to someone who is never there. I've actually been told- "there is no one else you can speak to this is the final answer" They have no courtesy anything. They are willing to lose your business rather than refund you a fee that by the way was their fault. Do not use this bank! They help noone but themselves to YOUR money.

purchased a vehicle and unfortunately got financed through CFE. I have been trying to request a change of due date for the last three weeks. first told to go to a branch and sign a document, went to branch and was told I did not need to do that and banker told me would call me back. of course no call. sent message over a week later and told to go to branch. went to different branch signed document and told yet again she would call. yet again no call. just called and was told my letter was not entered into system and nothing ... read more

The branch at mills/50, are the absolute worst. Do not bank here unless you want to be treated disrespectful and not as a human. We were trying to solve an issue with our bank account and the employee was immature and did not act professional. When we were done talking, she ran into the assistant managers office to defend herself before we could speak to her and the assistant manager took the employee side. I will make sure none of my friends or family bank at CFE.

My husband has a car loan with CFE and we have to fight with them every month in order for them to take our payment! We pay with my account (because you have to use a check over the phone to avoid fees) but my name is not on the account. My husband has authorized me over and over; yet I still can’t make a payment?! Always a joy going to 3 different banks and the card machine decides to break at each one
I made a bad judgment and let someone wire money to my account they claimed it was fraud. Their punishment to me was making my account cash and cash out only. They would except my direct deposit paycheck but nothing else could go out of the account unless it was cash. So now I’m going to have to pay higher car insurance because they won’t allow that direct payment I’m gonna have to pay higher car payment because they won’t allow that direct payment.
