The service is exceptional. Everyone is friendly, very knowledgeable and available. Our wait times to speak to someone have always been reasonable. They have always made us feel like valuable customers, which is rare these days. Oliver Manzano, Sheila, Kathryn Michaels and Rochelle Morgan made our experience in choosing a new bank and mortgage provider a painless and positive process. Due to the exceptional service given by these CFE representatives, we highly recommend CFE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION.
They have apparently forgotten basic guest service. It’s really frustrating to see that someone who has been a long term member with them gets shoved to the side and talked down to like a child.
Had $200 stolen from me due to fraud and this bank told me within 48 hours I would have my money returned . Of course after the 48 hours nothing . I go to the branch they say it will take 10 days to return the funds. Giving me no explanation as to why the fraud department told me 48 hours . The Orange City, FL location staff lack professionalism and kind service, and the bank sends tons of emails trying to sign me up for 3rd party offers but didn't send one to inform me that they closed my account after adding crazy fees each month that I was unaware of. I was told via phone that they "always" send a letter before closing an account but no one rectified the situation when I told them I didn't get a notice. Glad I kept my BoA primary account.
HORRIBLE customer service in the loan department by Alicia. Rude and very sarcastic. I was given wrong information and instead of apologizing she said “sorry but that wasn’t me”. You work as a team, and you’re the team supervisor lol. Thanks Anetta (director of finance) for NOT CALLING ME BACK. After Alicia said you would. Way to go !!!!
They were my bank for years until I was scammed $400 from my acct & I called to tell them & was told to fill out a certain form which I did. Then I was told: wrong form. Then another form. Then they filled out the form & I signed it & sent in. Then daily phone calls until finally CFE told me too much time had passed & they would not return my SCAMMED money. I feel like I've been robbed twice.
Pay close attention to your bank accounts with CFE!!! I am filing a complaint with the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration). There are unauthorized duplicate transactions on my account due to their bank system error. CFE Federal Credit Union claims that they are working on fixing the problem.
