They were my bank for years until I was scammed $400 from my acct & I called to tell them & was told to fill out a certain form which I did. Then I was told: wrong form. Then another form. Then they filled out the form & I signed it & sent in. Then daily phone calls until finally CFE told me too much time had passed & they would not return my SCAMMED money. I feel like I've been robbed twice.
Pay close attention to your bank accounts with CFE!!! I am filing a complaint with the NCUA (National Credit Union Administration). There are unauthorized duplicate transactions on my account due to their bank system error. CFE Federal Credit Union claims that they are working on fixing the problem. I won't put her entire name but Cheryl O. At the Mills Branch location has to be the most racist individuals I have ever met. She treated me like I was some broke hood rat. I'm sure I have more in my account that most people. Do not use this credit union. Dont!!!!

Horrible!! I reported my Bf debit card 2 weeks ago and everything was fine they told me the report was mad and they will send us a new card within 5 to 10 business days! today after 2 weeks I call back because our bills are behind because they haven't sent us our card and they told me i cant do anything about it because it was you, not the card owner who report it. I felt like a fool!! they told me everything was fine and we were waiting for a card that they never sent!! worst bank ever!!!
