I've been with cfe for years and I've applied for a loan twice and was denied. So I went to a different credit union I've never done business with and low and behold, I was approved. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. Why would I want to stay with a company that doesn't want to take a chance on its loyal customers.

After 18 years as a member I am leaving. Communication with them is so difficult and I get "You should have known......" No record of calls and email is not even acknowledged.
Alafaya's branch is awesome!!!! They go above and beyond!

Always there for me ! Every branch has very very nice people especially Lisa in Clermont and all of the mortgage dept in Lake Mary !
They gave my son his first car loan and gave us a second chance! !!! Hoping to do our refinance next year too.
CFEFCU was there for me when I got divorced. Thank goodness of my family being members; I got to be a member. I don't think I would have done so well without the help of CFEFCU, and when I moved, the Alafaya Branch was convenient for me, and everyone there knew my name! Thanks, CFEFCU for being a life support for me and MY family. Now, my son has an account with them!
