Horrible experience! I was late making my very last loan payment and they went in and took it out! When I called to see about having it reversed and having it automatically taken this Friday, a manager told me no bc I was late in the past! Now my account is negative! So disappointed. My direct deposits will be withdrawn and I will only keep $1 in each account just to keep it open! I bank with Bank of America and will make them my primary bank from now on! Thank you CFE management!
