Service performed on my TSX was done well and on time. Everyone I dealt with in the dealership was very professional. The service consultant Phi Phi called me during the day to keep me informed of the status. Both the service area and the waiting room are what you would expect in a dealer that sells luxury cars.
Great service. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting area. I have needed them for "emergency" service on more than one occasion and they have always been accommodating.

This was by far one of the most pleasurable, stress-free automobile buying experiences. They were not pushy at all and totally customer focused. I made several trips to the dealership and tested several cars. They stayed patient and focused on customer satisfaction throught my buying and delivery process. Even the business manager - who typically try to load you up with stuff you don't need - wasn't pusy about anything. I would recommend this dealership to anyone considering an Acura.
Very informative on what was being done, constantly was updated and accurate on car was to be ready.Comfortable waiting area and ideal area to work on computer while waiting.
Phi recommended service -- belt and spark plug replacement)-- for my high-mileage RL (207,000+ miles) but did not pressure me to have it done as it was expensive. I did follow his recommendation and all was completed on time. He kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of the service. I was provided with a "loaner" for the day. All-in-all, a great -- yet expensive -- day at Acrua of Peabody!
Acura of Peabody was a truly professional and courteous dealership. The place was immaculate, the sales experience was great, and the customer care package was impressive.
I had to have my rear brakes repaired and had regular service done at the same time. Total bill was about $770. Except as noted below, work appears to have been done in a professional way; I was advised twice during the day as to progress; I got my Acura back the same day; the total price appeard to be fair; and quality and customer service was excellent. They were ready for my car when I arrived. The salesman who sold it to me four years ago stopped by to say hello. He still remembers that I drive a 6-speed manual transmission. The service representative was cheerful and polite and he remembered what they had done to the car on its last visit. A very nice man in one of their new SUV's drove me to my cousin's house so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. They phoned me to update progress and let me know when the car would be ready.
