This was an excellent buying experience. I live 3 1/2 hours away and wasn’t sure about buying a vehicle online. From my first communication with Jay all the way thru the delivery process was handled extremely professionally. Leul and Ian did everything they promised and when promised. The communication was over the top. Sam came in at the end to finalize the paperwork and he was great to work with also. Elite Acura rocks! I can conveniently schedule my service appointment online. Their hours provide a ton on slots to choose from. You can wait at the dealership(coffee and snacks for free) or use a loaner vehicle. Each staff member I've dealt with has been responsive and informative. I feel like their prices are competitive, and the service is topnotch. Why wouldn't I want an Acura certified mechanic servicing my Acura?? They are pros! I wouldn't take my Acura RDX anywhere else!
