It took close to 10 minutes to be greeted by a service rep. Even a hello, we'll be with you in a minute would be sufficient. The people who greet you were nice enough, but if I have to wait for a service rep, they should acknowledge my existence. My rep (I forget her name) told me that I was all set with a 60k service before they did my oil and filter (she said it was done at 57k). We found a 2005 Audi A4 Avant at a good price on Autotrader.com I spoke with Amanda Ross and agreed on price and she held the vehicle for sale. Amanda called me back within an hour to negotiate a price. We live 3.5 hours away in Connecticut. We drove up, were treated with courteous and friendly service, and we not kept waiting at all. Very professional and up front with the whole transaction. They also had the best prices on the new MDX, along with a very pleasant Finance person Adam. I had shopped at 2 other Acura dealers but found Acura of Peabody the most pleasant. Would highly recommend and have.
I took my wife to look at some used cars that we had seen on the internet right before Presidents day weekend. We had been pre-approved for financing and had all our information ready. We drove an hour to the dealership and were very motivated to purchase one of the 2 cars we saw if they were as nice as advertised. The business traffic was minimal at the dealership. Mark clearly understands that a good product doesn't need a salesman, therefore he accepted a role of advisor with lots of patiency which is so valuable in this line of work. Khanh, Allen and Mark made the purchase of my new 2010 Acura TSX a dream. I'm a previous Acura owner but this was my first new vehicle purchase. It's obvious that this dealership sets themselves apart with integrity transparency. I just picked up my new TSX from Acura of Peabody. Can't say enough good things about my experience dealing with Vanessa. She was very professional from the first phone call.
