We had a great car buying experience at Acura of Denville. The dealership was very clean and inviting and not once did I feel out of place or unwelcomed. The salesman Bernardo was great to deal with. He has a nice bright personality and good sense of humor. Which is especially needed knowing that car buying can be nerve racking. He took is time explaining everything and I never felt rushed. Bernardo was excellent! I came in looking for a 2025 MDX Aspec, however the numbers wouldn't have worked with my budget. Bernardo helped guide me to a certified used RDX A-Spec Advance that was in the exact color I was looking for. I wasn’t very happy with my visit today as it took an hour and a half to do an oil change. The guy that helped me was very nice but the service for an oil change is terrible and my car wasn’t even washed!
