A honest car salesman Steve Ash Always was leary of car salesman until I met Steve Ash, he tells it like it is and steered me to the right vehicle for me and my family and saved me quite a bit of money.

Steven Ashe know his Acura! I had a great experience purchasing my new Acura MDX. Steven Ashe is an excellent salesman; he knows his Acura products in and out. Steven Ashe is very honest car salesman, he would let you know the pros and con for purchasing a vehicle. He doesn't pressure you to purchase a car. When you step inside the Acura facility, he treats you like family. He would introduce to his entire staff member. It makes you feel welcome.

A step above the typical car buying experience! My 2006 TL had 89k on the odometer and was looking at some future repairs. Also I wanted to take advantage of the excellent value retention Acura is known for. Having bought the car certified at Peabody Acura, I was very pleased with the service and professionalism there. Friendly and efficient service From the moment I walked into the dealership to check out whether or not I wanted to stick with Acura for my new car, my experience with their sales staff was helpful, low key and efficient. Poor customer service After many years of servicing my vehicle at Acura of Peabody I feel recently the only objective of the dealer is to extract as much money out of my pocketbook as possible. This has made me come to the conclusion to bring my business elsewhere. I will never set foot in that dealer again.

perfect, excellent Acura in Peabody is the best. Wilfredo was great. He knew what he is doing, he took his time to help my husband and I. I was so worry about getting the car because of ( no key, no park or reverse break) loll but with his help and knowledge about the car I was so happy to drive home with an ACURA TLS.
