David is great, he didn't put any pressure on us David assisted us in our purchase and was great. He did not push anything on us, let us take our time and let us test drive as much as we wanted in order to make a decision we felt comfortable about. I would highly recommend you go through David as he gives you your own space to make decisions and is very knowledgeable about the Acura product.
Beware!! Extremely overpriced Very rude sales manager, no interest in selling vehicles at all, refused a $15k cash down payment on a very overpriced TSX. I don't know if they realize there are other dealers happy to take my money. Don't waste your time here, take your money somewhere else.
Good people. When you walk into a dealership, you feel that this is an upscale dealership. They treat you well. Give you a lot of good information about the cars you are looking at. Great buying experience!
I was in the market for a car, I knew what I wanted and had a bank check ready so this should had been an easy sale, I didn't even test drive the car. Everything was ready for me to pick up the car, at least that's what I thought, but when I arrived there, a day after a holiday and a very busy day, the finance manager lost it on me and started yelling at me and treating me very disrespectful. I would recommend Pete Moore to EVERYONE. The sales staff is always friendly. Jimmy went as far as to buy my mother, who is diabetic, lunch because he understood that purchasing a vehicle can be a lengthy process. That small jester meant ALOT.
