The dearlership and especially Larry was extremely courteous, helpful and informative. We had wanted another Acura for years and the dealership went out of their way to accomodate our needs. They worked very hard to meet all of our needs, especially on price within our budget!
Michael Ruch was inefficient, rude, and was not interested in customer satisfaction. When service was not carried out in the timely manner as promised- he rudely suggested that we take it to another dealer. We had made an appointment in advanced and acura gave us an estimated time frame for the vehicle to be diagnosed- however, it wasnt even looked at within their time window or a reasonable time after.
I have owned Saabs, BMWs, Audis, a Jeep and most recently my Acura. I am very familiar with the higher end auto service routine. Without question, Acura of Peabody has stood head and shoulders above any other shop in terms of service rep knowledge and people skills. I am way out of warranty and yet come back here because they are thorough and will not quit until the job is perfect. I absolutely would and DO recommend this dealership. I love this dealer. I can't think of one time I have been disappointed. The entire service team, waiting area, ambiance, COFFEE!!!!, are all exceptional. I love Acura (the auto)- and having a dealer like Acura of Peabody so close to me is such a blessing. Kudos! Good job! Woo! Hoo!
David has been great from the beginning. He's been patient with me but also gave me enough attention and regard me as an important customer from the get go. He's knowledgable and willing to spend the time to provide me with the information I need about the car. I have been to a number of dealerships (mostly Lexus and Acura) and I'd say I have the best car buying experience in this dealership.

I've been going to Acura of Peabody for 10 years now since purchasing my 2002 TL in 2001 and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. In my recent experience continued that trend. I was able to take advantage of a special service deal the week after it expired since I was out of town the last week it was valid. We recently traded in an Acura TSX for a new one at Acura of Peabody. I have never had a more pleasant experience at a car dealership in my life having purchased over 15 new vehicles. We were able to agree on a fair price for both trade and new and the whole process was quick and effortless. The people I dealt with were all friendly and helpfull. Even though all of the issues were not cleared up on the first visit and a 2nd ABS sensor needed to be replaced on a second visit Iilana was extremely pleasant upbeat and good to deal with. As to price aauto repairs always seem to be more expensive than I want them to be .Especially since I have now spent over $6000 on the car this year.
