Fantastic experience We recently bought an MDX from Acura of Peabody and it was by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car. The negotiation process was smooth and we walked away very happy. Steven was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service! Great cars. I just picked up my new ILX lease from Acura of Peabody. The whole experience of turning in my current lease (Mazda 6) and leasing my new 2016 ILX was incredibly easy and a stress-free process. Great dealership, excellent service, great sales people I just purchased my fourth Acura. I owned two MDX's and then went over to Ford. Loved my car, but wasn't so pleased with the service. Went back to Acura and purchased a TL which I kept for two years. I just traded that in for a RDX. The last two purchases I dealt with Steve Ashe. Steve is amazing. Third Acura since 1995 This was my family's fifth purchase or lease of an Acura vehicle since 1975. I have always found both the sales and service teams to be especially helpful and attentive. Service at Acura of Peabody has always been fast, courteous, and ethical. I never felt that I was being sold service that I really did not need. A great group with whom to do business.

Top Knotch. Last March I bought my fourth Acura from the Peabody dealership. They have all been very pleasant experiences. My comments today are about their service. Steve Ash in particular who was the salesperson who sold me my last Acura. I had been having a problem with the 'blue tooth' feature. I read the manual but I couldn't get it to work. great experience As a individual in his mid 60's, historically a car buying experience could be one of the most frustrating experiences. No matter, how the sales discussions 'at the end of the day', one frequently believed that they were never treated fairly. Wonderful Buying and Service Experience! Right from the start Salesperson, Steven Ashe has become a good friend... so friendly. Stephen is the genuine article. When we go in for service, I always ask for him and so enjoy hearing about his family. He always makes sure that we have seen the right people and have come away most satisfied. I also can't say enough good about your service department personnel... all are happy to assist in any way possible.
