RecommendedAcura Columbus has a great positive staff that do not try and nickel and dime one to death. They are upbeat meet their SLA's and sure know how to deliver unexpected turns they discover with your vehicle. After a diagnosis is provided they make you feel your we are in control of that decision, no pressure approach. Todd Skid more rocks! I love the curb service staffed for handling my arrival at your Service Center. I also like scheduling my service online ahead of time. All of the staff is friendly and personable. The lounge is comfortable and well-stocked with beverages and snacks. On occasion, I have need a "loaner" vehicle during my service appointment or transportation to nearby shopping or eateries in Dublin. I went to test drive a suv today, I was so happy with them, I didn’t feel rushed to buy or overwhelmed like I usually do anytime I walk into a dealership, I told them what I want and they got it amazing!
They were most helpful. I take my time when I buy and Dwayne was most helpful and patient with all my questions over three visits over six months. I have already recommended Dwayne to my daughter. I could not have ask for better service and support.
