I was so surprised that there still is a business that treats you so kindly. From the gentleman that checked me in to the friendly staff. I told all my clients about Acura of Columbus and I even had people with other cars ask if they could bring their cars there. I couldn’t be more happy and when I do need a new car this is the place I will go to.

I can’t say enough about the customer service at Acura Columbus. Everyone was professional and friendly even when we weren’t their customers. I also feel as though Steve and Ryan were genuinely there helping us as we went through our car buying experience! Steve, our salesperson, was amazing and knowledgeable. He was upfront and listened to what we were looking for in our car, and we felt like we were getting the best deal. We really enjoyed working with him.

Great experience! Carliss was awesome! Patient and kind, answered all my questions I had about the purchase of my ADX. Ryan in finance excellent! Very thorough with different warranties etc! I called Acura Columbus they sent a technician to my house and jump started the car and told me take it to the dealership for new battery. Less than an hour later, I was on my, no charge, all under warranty. You can't ask for any better service than that. Well done Columbus Acura!!
