routine oil change I was able to get my oil changed and a complete review of my RDX .... even showing up early! The staff was extremely kind and thorough!
RecommendedNot one to post on social media. But had a tire blow on my 2016 ILx and was able to get the tire fixed and ready to go the next day. They even went the extra mile and gave me a loaner car for the night. Jim C. was the service consultant I went through and he was great. Going to continue to buy Acura’s because of their great customer service and great vehicles.
Excellent response time to inquiry, fair price negotiated with sales personnel, timely completion of sales process.
