We travelled today for a trade in and buying a new car. The deal did not work out , but Mike instilled excess fear and made us sign a piece of paper that our car is not safe. Excellent business strategy in trying to do the trade favorable to you. We are safe and at home. But such kind of fear instillation and emotional manipulation is not needed by big care dealers like yourself. We got a better deal locally . I hope you treat your customers better in future and may be with some kindness and respect.

I can’t say enough about the great experience I had at Acura Columbus! Jonathan in Sales and Adam in Finance were awesome. I have purchased many vehicles and this purchase was my 5th Acura. Excellent First Time Buyer Experience My husband and I were first time car buyers with no trade-in and in search for a highly reliable car at a good price. Good selection This lot has a really good selection of acuras and pre-owned acuras too. Their price was pretty good for what we got but not outstanding so do your homework before you go. The service is great and they will bend over backwords to help you out.

Phenomenal customer service! I had traveled back home from Georgia and one of my tires wasn't holding air. From start to finish every member of the Acura team was "all in" with helping figure out what was wrong and getting it taken of.
