Bernardo was friendly, helpful & courteous as was everyone else. Any small items were quickly resolved. The only thing that couldn't was an issue with Acura because Navigation is no longer built in to the tech package. It is now part of Acura Link which will require a subscription after a 3 year trial period. I REALLY don't like to pay subscriptions for an option/accessory that should be one and done.

Spencer, the service representative is fantastic. He is responsive, highly competent and reliable. He took the initiative to coordinate between the parts department and the service department. Spencer responded immediately to a problem and rectified the issue.
