We had a great experience with the purchasing of our vehicle. Our sales rep, Vaughn Lockett was honest, respectful, and never made us feel pressured to buy. My recent experience at Acura Columbus was top notch from start to finish. Mike Shay was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy when I stopped by one afternoon to look at a new RDX. When I was ready to set up a test drive two weeks later he as responsive and made sure all my questions were answered. The process was simple, relatively fast, hassle-free, and I’m incredibly pleased with my new Acura.

My mom, daughter and I had went to look into an Acura MDX. I had an idea of what I wanted but had never driven an MDX so I had a lil anxiety walking into the process not wanting to deal with a pushy salesman or someone trying to talk me into something I didn't want. Acura Columbus exceeds my expectations every single time I go for service. From the valets who greet me, to the service advisors, parts department personnel, to the cashier. Specifically today, Laural (customer service rep who answered my call) James (cashier, and I think he was filling in for Jami today), and Eric (Parts) on this visit. Love this dealership!

The salesman (Andrew) was nice, and patient with my many questions about different vehicle models/features and warranty questions. I didn’t feel pressured into buying a more expensive vehicle, etc. I bought used, and they agreed to fix a few minor cosmetic issues with the car without charging. Jon was also helpful with working on the financial piece.

The loaner car was nice. They fixed the leak from the oil pan a little pricey that is why I gave a 4 vs 5 rating. Other than that great service
