Steve went out of his way to answer my specific questions and make the process of buying a vehicle smooth. He was very communicative, responsive, and helpful. I purchased a trade-in vehicle and came from out of state to check it out. It was even better in person and had been nicely detailed! Mike S and John G were both fantastic! Scheduled my visit and when I got there the car was already clean and waiting up front. I’m a nervous guy when it comes to large purchases but Mike walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable before running credit. t closing John helped me choose the protection I wanted and took extra time to ensure the lienholder didn’t improperly me charge an application fee.
