Service dept. is top-notch. They took good care of my RDX for 14 years. It was time for a new vehicle and my salesperson, Tracy, went above and beyond, answering every question and making sure that I loved my ADX before letting me sign. Kudos to Jon and Ian as well, for doing much more than what was "required".

My experience this past Saturday was not what I expect from Acura after several years (this is my 2nd leased vehicle) . It was disappointing & quite different from what I am used to. The only positive things I can report are the young man who checked us in when we pulled up was nice & Todd hung around a few minutes past 2p to check me out. The vehicle service seems to be the standard.....Interesting that the paperwork says loaners are available for service over an hour, which mine was....but I was refused a loaner with the e... read more
