This was an excellent buying experience. I live 3 1/2 hours away and wasn’t sure about buying a vehicle online. From my first communication with Jay all the way thru the delivery process was handled extremely professionally. Leul and Ian did everything they promised and when promised. The communication was over the top. Sam came in at the end to finalize the paperwork and he was great to work with also. I recently purchased my 4th car from Acura Columbus. Francesco helped my wife out with our third purchase and we liked his approach so we sought his help with our 4th. We think Francesco is a straight shooter and neither he nor anyone at the dealership will play games or waste your time. We highly recommend both Francesco and the dealership.
