I went to the Dublin dealership looking for a replacement for my MDX which has served me well for 15 years! I was lucky to have Mike as my salesperson. He is a seasoned veteran of Acura and boy he knows his stuff! He worked hard to meet my budget number. I ended up with a wonderful white Acura with a tan interior that hit my budget right on target! I believed there was an issue with my Acura while I was in Columbus and contacted the service dept asking if they could take a look despite not having an appt since I was a distance from home. They graciously agreed, assessed its operation, and even took the time to walk me through a feature that I misinterpretted as a transmission issue. Outstanding!
