Acura Columbus always seems to exceed my previous visit. The staff is amazing from valet to check out. Zach was great! He was extremely patient answering my zillion of questions and explained everything. I felt comfortable leaving and knowing my car was handled with care and I wasn't being scammed. I absolutely love this place!

The service I received at Acura of Dublin has always been excellent and this time it was no different. I went in for brakes, oil change and diagnostic check for preventative maintenance. Everyone was super nice and respectful. The cost of the work I had done was reasonable. I did have trouble with the app so I had to schedule my service by phone. I did have to leave my car overnight because some parts had to be ordered. That was really not an issue for me. However, I would have appreciated better communication in order to ma... read more

Steve is our go to guy for the past 3 MDX’s. I called him on a Saturday and 5 days later I was driving my new suv off the lot! I told him exactly what I was looking for and he sharpened his pencil and was able to get me where I needed to be:) Jon the finance guy was just as efficient; by offering some long term protection plans that couldn’t be passed up. It wouldn’t have been possible without Tom honoring our loyalty to Columbus Acura for the past 9 years.
