I contacted the dealership via phone and text due to living an hour away. Francesco had exactly what I wanted ready for me when I got there and made the car buying process very easy. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the finance department made sure to get me the best rate!

Acura Columbus is the best dealership that I have dealt especially when it comes to making sure the customer is happy, well taken care of and completely satisfied with their purchase. No high pressure sales tactics just genuine customer service which is very refreshing! They did what needed to be done to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and I appreciate it!
