Verified Renter I love my apartment so much. The high ceilings just make this place so luxurious and grand. I love my big windows too. I wish the pool was fixed more often it always seems they have problems with it but I love the gym as well!! Amenities are good?? definitely have enjoyed my time living here.

Horrible place to live Apartment smells like weed. Stay away from this apartments to live peacefully.

Verified Renter From leasing to moving, the management staffs are very helpful and responsive. We love the apartment, not only it’s a fair price, they also accommodate us changing to different unit as well. Their customer service is top notch. Not only we love the apartment, good e are pretty happy with the management as well.

Worst community to live in, in all of Nashville This community started placing boots on peoples cars because the Front gate does not work and they did not want people parking here who do not live here. This morning I woke up with a boot on my vehicle and I pay for three spots to park. Not sure why this is and apparently it is not the first time. I hope somebody reads this comment and chooses not to live here because this is not the only problem. This place is nothing but problems.

Verified Renter The Acoma as a whole is a great place to live. The building is getting to that age where things are starting to need maintenance, however, the staff has done a good job at keeping up with whatever needs to be replaced. Amenities are nice too. Would recommend!

Verified Renter Maintenance sometimes is an issue at the complex..specifically the elevator. Staff in the office and front desk are nice and helpful. They try to have event mixers for tenants to network, which is great.

Horrible Management The reviews don't lie! I had scheduled a tour to view the building (despite the reviews because how could it be that bad?). I had a tour confirmed for Friday at 2 so I drove all the way from Brentwood to Marina Del Rey. Upon checking in, a leasing agent texts me saying there are no units available to tour. Why schedule a tour in the first place? Save yourself the energy.
