Verified Renter Acoma is clean, the office is super helpful, the amenities are great. Whenever something is happening there are emails and communications. They have community events all the time too. It is a great place to live!

Verified Renter I love my apartment so much. The high ceilings just make this place so luxurious and grand. I love my big windows too. I wish the pool was fixed more often it always seems they have problems with it but I love the gym as well!! Amenities are good?? definitely have enjoyed my time living here.

Verified Renter The Acoma as a whole is a great place to live. The building is getting to that age where things are starting to need maintenance, however, the staff has done a good job at keeping up with whatever needs to be replaced. Amenities are nice too. Would recommend!

Verified Renter Maintenance sometimes is an issue at the complex..specifically the elevator. Staff in the office and front desk are nice and helpful. They try to have event mixers for tenants to network, which is great.
Verified Renter There’s always going to be some issues when you live in the city but the management here seems to be on top of things for the most part. Amenities are nice. I wish the management would do something about the people who let their dogs pee right in front of both building entrances. As a dog owner I know it’s not that hard to train your dog so they pee literally 10 more feet in the mulch.
