Verified Renter I love my apartment so much. The high ceilings just make this place so luxurious and grand. I love my big windows too. I wish the pool was fixed more often it always seems they have problems with it but I love the gym as well!! Amenities are good?? definitely have enjoyed my time living here.

Verified Renter From leasing to moving, the management staffs are very helpful and responsive. We love the apartment, not only it’s a fair price, they also accommodate us changing to different unit as well. Their customer service is top notch. Verified Renter The Acoma as a whole is a great place to live. The building is getting to that age where things are starting to need maintenance, however, the staff has done a good job at keeping up with whatever needs to be replaced. Amenities are nice too. Would recommend!

Verified Renter Maintenance sometimes is an issue at the complex..specifically the elevator. Staff in the office and front desk are nice and helpful. They try to have event mixers for tenants to network, which is great.
Verified Renter There’s always going to be some issues when you live in the city but the management here seems to be on top of things for the most part. Amenities are nice. I wish the management would do something about the people who let their dogs pee right in front of both building entrances. As a dog owner I know it’s not that hard to train your dog so they pee literally 10 more feet in the mulch. The leasing team was responsive to all my questions (and I had quite a few), the location is great, the people are nice - they replaced the floors when the noticed the existing floors were badly stained. It's been a great experience so far. My biggest hiccup so far was that my key fob (which allows me to take the elevator anywhere) stopped working on day 3 and I was asked to wait 2 days before I could get it fixed.
