UDR does not care. Run, don’t walk away from signing a lease here. I’ve been a resident since 2018, and the decline is loudly visible. Dog poo litters the hallways. The smell of weed fills the building as soon as you walk in. Theft is commonplace, and rather than ensuring residents are safe, our latest lease includes an addendum that cameras are not guaranteed to work, so crime is not UDRs fault. So much for “luxury”. Not quite luxury I’ve lived in this building for 6 months now. Terrible smelling chemicals in common areas, door ripped off hinges in the public bathrooms, fire alarms sounding every night, $500 rent increases upon lease renewals, unnecessarily complex entry systems that front desk staff are unwilling to unlock. We got called while we were away threatening our lease because of noise, without verifying if it was actually us (let the record show it was not and they later admitted as such). “Luxury”, it is not.

Fire alarms go off randomly and for hours The fire alarm for the entire building has gone off for hours on end three times since I moved in 6 months ago. This includes once from 3 am- 7am on a weekday. Domaine has made no effort to make this situation right and doesn’t even have the decency to send an email apologizing. Considering how much it costs to live here I wish I had chosen somewhere else and recommend you stay away for this place.

Don’t move here. Money hungry corporation doesn’t care about you. Location is great but property management is not. Multiple maintenance requests that were not fixed. Mostly plumbing which comes directly out of my pocket for leaking faucets and showers. Late fees are astronomical and will not be waived under any circumstances. This company doesn’t care about its tenants they just want to fatten their own pockets. You’ll pay $40 a month for a carport but they will allow contractors to park in your spot.

Awesome place I am a current resident of Park Square. We, as a family, are very satisfied. Kids do enjoy the pool. All the time, services are quite prompt. I do mean it. The management at front desk are very nice. Come and check it out by yourself. P.S. Our puppy, Brownie, loves the dog park.
DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT LIVING HERE I regret to say that my experience at Eight 80 Newport has been far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my concerns as I believe potential tenants should be aware of the issues I've encountered. Verified Renter There’s always going to be some issues when you live in the city but the management here seems to be on top of things for the most part. Amenities are nice. I wish the management would do something about the people who let their dogs pee right in front of both building entrances. As a dog owner I know it’s not that hard to train your dog so they pee literally 10 more feet in the mulch.
