Stood up for my leasing appointment, couldnt reach anyone I made an appointment to visit using their website. The appointment date was on Memorial day but since it was an available option on the website, one would reasonably assume that they would be offering tours on that day despite the holiday. For the next few days I was bombarded by texts from their text bot asking me to set up an appointment even though I already did. Verified Renter My experience at Acoma has been overwhelmingly great. It’s so nice to have a 24/7 concierge. The property is very clean and has great amenities. The building is a little older but in the best way. Everything is built very homey and high quality compared to the junkie new build apartments popping up overnight all over Denver. My only complaint is that parking is super expensive and because the garage is exposed and there is construction next door, my car is constantly super dusty. Going Downhill, Poor Management, Beware I lived at Tierra Del Rey (building 1) for 8 years due to the convenience of the location and not wanting to spend time moving. I finally decided to move out this month (May 2023) and I am so happy to be gone. There have been major issues over the years including: * The bathroom/closet flooding (and not getting it fixed for weeks) that caused clothes damage and water mold damage even after maintenance left. Don’t move here The rats, the cockroaches all over your house, no matter how clean you keep it, the mouses, the mold, the homeless people knocking at your door. I read all the reviews before moving here and just gave it a chance, hoping it would’ve changed, don’t waste your time and your money living here. And they’ll find anyway to charge you crazy amounts of money when you move out.

Allowed me live with MOLD. Rajaa does not respond to emails I’ve lived at Steele Creek for 4 years and until this year haven’t had any serious issues with the management staff, however things drastically changed this spring. You’d think living in a luxury apartment complex would result in receiving amazing service however that is not the case here. I reported mold in my apartment and it took 43 days (submitted a report on April 3) for just part of the repairs to be completed. This was the second time I had mold in my apartme... read more

Great first Austin apartment This was my first apartment in Austin and it is amazing. Older building but they have done some slight remodeling. The UDR staff is amazing. Maintenance is always super quick to respond and they repair issues in a timely matter. Communication from the staff is great. Lots of parking for guest. Pretty quiet street! Overall great experience. Would highly recommend

Negligent Management; Not Safe I came home from a vacation 7 weeks ago to my apartment sinks flooded and overflowing into the carpet. It was absolutely disgusting and the smell of sewage was overwhelming. I was able to get an emergency plumber to come and drain, but despite repeated requests to management they have done absolutely nothing to remedy this situation in what is now almost 2 months. Verified Renter I love Acoma — great community, spacious apartments, and reasonable price! It’s in a great and lively neighborhood that is centrally & conveniently located. The building was also originally built for condos, so the neighboring units are virtually soundproof. Love it here.

Verified Renter Staff is mediocre but getting worse. And now they’re building a new building next door so it’s going to be a nightmarish summer and we are losing our views. Other tenant are awesome though!
