WORST Apartment - Towed my car, unresponsive management This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in; 15 years living in Los Angeles. Not only do they rarely respond to maintenance requests, or mark them 'completed' without coming to our apartment, but my car was TOWED from our private parking lot with NO NOTICE. Verified Renter I'm only a few days into my lease, but so far things have been good overall. The leasing team was responsive to all my questions (and I had quite a few), the location is great, the people are nice - they replaced the floors when the noticed the existing floors were badly stained. It's been a great experience so far. My biggest hiccup so far was that my key fob (which allows me to take the elevator anywhere) stopped working on day 3 and I was asked to wait 2 days before I could get it fixed. Verified Renter Things are being fixed in a more timely manner. Staff are friendly. The environment is clean. I do enjoy seeing all the attempts to engage residents including yoga, happy hour, and other events that have been scheduled

Ok apartment, terrible management company and other tenants The management company does nothing about people smoking in the building, people partying late at night and take a long time to do repairs. Better apartments in better areas, run by companies who aren't afraid to maintain a respectable living environment.

Verified Renter Recently, the conditions are Acoma have taken a serious downturn. All around the “grounds” of the property, there’s an infestation of bees, flies and other flying bugs. I literally have to walk through a swarm of bugs if I take the covered walkway to the front door. There’s also an accumulation of trash all around that is becoming increasingly worse, including shattered glass throughout the dog walking areas. Verified Renter I absolutely love Current. The Staff is amazing and the tenants make you feel like youve known them. Its a great community here. By far, the best Apartment in Little Italy. I should know, ive lived in 4 of them :)
Verified Renter The place is really nice, but it seems like there’s always some sort of drama going on with break-ins and the police showing up, the front doors don’t lock, too much trash outside, doggy park areas are not well-maintained and there’s always trash everywhere. But overall the apartments are spacious a little overpriced but nice.
