Verified Renter Recently, the conditions are Acoma have taken a serious downturn. All around the “grounds” of the property, there’s an infestation of bees, flies and other flying bugs. I literally have to walk through a swarm of bugs if I take the covered walkway to the front door. There’s also an accumulation of trash all around that is becoming increasingly worse, including shattered glass throughout the dog walking areas. Verified Renter The place is really nice, but it seems like there’s always some sort of drama going on with break-ins and the police showing up, the front doors don’t lock, too much trash outside, doggy park areas are not well-maintained and there’s always trash everywhere. But overall the apartments are spacious a little overpriced but nice.

Verified Renter It's a great place to live with a great view to the Rockies. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Inside the building all the zones are clean and the amenities are awesome.

Verified Renter We are original residents living here for over 13 years. Always loved it and felt welcome and safe. Until a few days ago when my husband’s wheelchair was stolen. Still love it here, but commonnnnn Acoma. Keep that back gate in the garage closed!

Verified Renter The Acoma has gotten much better since moving to Legacy’s management. They’ve been making a lot of progress with the necessary updates & repairs that the building drastically needed (specifically with the elevators.) It’s not perfect but you can tell the staff really cares. Communication from the management has improved which is definitely appreciated. Would love more community events and/or grab-n-go treats!

Verified Renter My experience at Acoma has been overwhelmingly great. It’s so nice to have a 24/7 concierge. The property is very clean and has great amenities. The building is a little older but in the best way. Everything is built very homey and high quality compared to the junkie new build apartments popping up overnight all over Denver. My only complaint is that parking is super expensive and because the garage is exposed and there is construction next door, my car is constantly super dusty. Verified Renter I love Acoma — great community, spacious apartments, and reasonable price! It’s in a great and lively neighborhood that is centrally & conveniently located. The building was also originally built for condos, so the neighboring units are virtually soundproof. Love it here.
