It’s simple…..No I went on a self guided tour of these apartments and I was amazed and the lack of effort. The unit that I saw was not clean. There was long hair everywhere. The cabinets had food and other things stuck to it. The appliances were old. There were dead roaches in the bathtub and in the bedroom. There was a weird smell to the unit. I was disgusted. But oh…..they have keyless entry. So I guess that great. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and definitely threw my shoes away. Lol

Verified Renter We’ve had an excellent experience so far. Maintenance has been quick to respond. The concierges and leasing agents are all so friendly and helpful. The nose level is very minimal inside the apartment. Definitely hopeful our experience will remain positive for the remainder of our lease.

DO NOT MOVE HERE This has been the worst experience. They will tell you whatever they can to get you to sign the lease. They will make promises to you, that you have in writing, and still now follow through on them. I lived in mold for months and was sick for months because of it. I moved out and then they billed me after they said I could move out. I would live anywhere other than here and never rent from a UDR property
